Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Systems Integration Specialist to support the implementation, integration, and optimization of digital tools across business operations. In this role, you will work with internal teams to connect software platforms, streamline data exchange, and improve the reliability of operational workflows. You will collaborate with business analysts, product specialists, and technical teams to identify integration requirements, implement practical solutions, and ensure that business systems operate efficiently. The ideal candidate combines technical understanding with a structured approach to problem-solving and a strong interest in improving business processes through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business systems and identify opportunities for integration and workflow optimization.
- Design and implement integrations between CRM platforms, internal tools, analytics systems, and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to define integration requirements and functional specifications.
- Configure API connections, webhooks, and automated data synchronization processes.
- Monitor system integrations to identify errors, performance issues, and data inconsistencies.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration workflows, and operational guidelines.
- Support the implementation of automation solutions that reduce manual work and improve process efficiency.
- Coordinate testing and validation of new integrations before deployment.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and work with relevant teams to implement reliable solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in systems integration, technical operations, business automation, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and data exchange principles.
- Experience integrating CRM platforms, business applications, and third-party services.
- Familiarity with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Understanding of business process mapping, workflow design, and system architecture.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues and analyzing integration errors.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a digital product or technology environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.
