As our portfolio of client projects grows, we are looking for a Delivery Manager / Client Delivery Lead who can take ownership of project execution, client communication, and delivery excellence across multiple initiatives.
Role Overview
The Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring that client projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the expected quality standards. This role sits at the intersection of clients, product, and technical teams — translating expectations into execution and keeping delivery aligned with business goals. You will act as the main point of coordination, ensuring clarity, accountability, and smooth collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of client projects from kickoff to launch and post-release phases
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on delivery-related topics
- Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, and priorities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design, QA) to ensure aligned execution
- Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies, proactively addressing issues
- Ensure scope control and manage change requests in a structured way
- Maintain clear documentation, delivery plans, and status reporting
- Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in delivery management, project management, or client-facing roles in digital or software environments
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and digital product delivery
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Structured mindset with attention to detail and accountability
- English proficiency for professional communication
Preferred Skills
- Experience in consulting, digital agencies, or custom software development companies
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies
- Experience working with international clients
- Background in business analysis or product delivery is a plus
- Certifications in project or delivery management are an advantage
