Role Overview
This role is focused on building clean, responsive, and scalable Webflow websites that support business goals, marketing campaigns, and product communication. You will work closely with design, marketing, product, and operations teams to turn visual concepts and business requirements into functional, well-structured web experiences.
Key Responsibilities
— Build and maintain websites, landing pages, and CMS-based pages in Webflow
— Translate Figma designs into responsive Webflow layouts
— Set up and manage CMS collections, dynamic pages, filters, forms, and reusable components
— Optimize website structure, performance, responsiveness, and user experience
— Implement SEO-friendly page structures, meta fields, alt text, redirects, and basic technical SEO settings
— Connect forms, tracking tools, analytics, CRM systems, and marketing integrations
— Improve existing website sections and ensure consistency across pages
— Work with marketing and product teams to launch new pages quickly and accurately
— Identify layout, usability, and technical issues and suggest improvements
— Maintain clean class naming, component structure, and scalable Webflow logic
Required Skills & Qualifications
— Experience building websites in Webflow
— Strong understanding of responsive design and modern web layout principles
— Ability to work with Figma designs and translate them into accurate Webflow pages
— Understanding of CMS collections, dynamic templates, forms, and reusable components
— Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
— Understanding of SEO basics and website performance optimization
— Ability to structure websites clearly and maintain visual consistency
— Attention to detail in spacing, typography, responsiveness, and interactions
— Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-moving environment
Preferred Skills
— Experience with marketing websites, SaaS websites, landing pages, or product pages
— Experience with Webflow CMS, custom code embeds, animations, and interactions
— Experience with analytics tools, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, HubSpot, or similar platforms
— Understanding of conversion-focused landing page structure
— Experience working with designers, marketers, or product teams
— Basic understanding of accessibility and technical SEO best practices
