Role Overview
This role is focused on how the business actually works on a daily level. You will be responsible for connecting marketing, sales, and delivery into one system and ensuring that processes support growth instead of slowing it down. You will work directly with founders and play a key role in building a clear operational structure, improving performance, and increasing overall efficiency across teams.
Key Responsibilities
— Connect marketing, sales, and delivery into a unified operational system
— Build and optimize the flow from lead to deal, from deal to delivery, and further to retention
— Track key metrics such as conversion rates, margins, workload, and bottlenecks
— Identify where the company loses time, money, or control and fix these gaps
— Improve workflows across teams to ensure scalability and efficiency
— Set up reporting systems that reflect real business performance
— Support strategic decision-making together with founders
Required Skills & Qualifications
— Experience in operations, business operations, or RevOps roles
— Strong understanding of how marketing, sales, and delivery are connected
— Experience working with metrics, funnels, or unit economics
— Ability to structure and optimize processes in a growing company
— Systems thinking and strong analytical skills
— Ability to work in dynamic and unstructured environments
Preferred Skills
— Experience in digital, marketing, or product companies
— Experience with CRM systems, analytics tools, or automation platforms
— Background in consulting, operations, or growth roles
