Role Overview
As a Product Manager, you will own product discovery and delivery for client-facing and internal digital solutions. You’ll align business goals with user needs, define product requirements, and work closely with design and engineering teams to deliver features that create measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Discovery: conduct user and stakeholder interviews, market research, and competitor analysis to validate problems and opportunities
- Roadmap Ownership: define product goals, priorities, and roadmap; manage trade-offs between scope, time, and value
- Requirements: translate business needs into clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with designers, developers, and analysts to ensure alignment from concept to launch
- Delivery Management: support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination to ensure smooth execution
- Metrics & Insights: define KPIs, monitor performance, and iterate based on data, feedback, and business objectives
- Stakeholder Communication: provide clear updates on progress, risks, and outcomes; facilitate decision-making
- Quality & UX Focus: ensure product experiences are intuitive, consistent, and aligned with user-centered principles
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience: 3+ years in Product Management / Product Ownership within a digital or tech environment
- Product Thinking: strong ability to define problems, prioritise effectively, and drive outcomes
- Documentation: experience writing clear product requirements and collaborating on delivery
- Analytics: comfortable with product metrics and basic performance analysis
- Communication: excellent written and verbal communication; ability to align teams and stakeholders
- Attention to Detail: strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional product teams
- Background in UI/UX collaboration and usability validation
- Familiarity with experimentation (A/B testing) and conversion-focused product improvements
- Experience working on B2B, SaaS, or data-informed digital products
